Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $42-$50, based on experience and qualifications.

Duties & Responsibilities
As a Journeyman Plumber, you will work independently and as part of our team to complete a variety of plumbing projects safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Install plumbing systems in residential new construction homes
- Complete residential remodels and plumbing installations
- Perform light commercial build-outs and remodels
- Read blueprints, plans, and specification sheets
- Lead projects from rough-in through final inspection
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and inspectors
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards
A service-focused position may also be available for qualified applicants.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work.
Preferred qualifications:
- Omaha Journeyman Plumber license
- Experience in residential new construction and remodeling
- Ability to read blueprints and specification sheets
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical job duties
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
